Job responsibilities:
Provide high-level administrative support by preparing correspondences, presentations & reports, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls.
Conducting research, compile data and handle information requests as and when required as instructed.
Responsible for proactively collaborating with board members to set up meetings, giving proper notice/invitation of any meetings.
Prepares full minutes of the all meetings, presentations and agendas & promptly distributing materials pre-post meetings.
Ensures all critical documents are organized, safely stored, and records are maintained for readily accessible.
Must always have up-to-date contact information for every board and staff members.
Set up and oversee administrative policies and procedures.
Meet with individuals, special interest groups, and others on behalf of executives, committees, and boards of directors.
Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management database systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.
Qualification / Requirements:
Age under 35 years
A minimum of 5 years of work experience in Kuwait working as executive assistant, office manager, or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
Should be very good in speaking, reading & writing in both Arabic & English (Mandatory).
Bachelor degree or equivalent preferred but Diploma holders can also apply
High level of maturity and experience working with executive leadership.
Works well in both team oriented and self-directed environments.
Complete work quickly, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, and take effective action.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to balance multiple priorities. Tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office, and openness to learning other office and communication tools as needed.
Available to join immediately and must have transferable visa.
